At present, everything is removed from the J4 fuselage frame. Stripping layers of paint took most of the time. The naked fuselage frame is now at Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services (KAMS) for x-ray inspection. (Read more...)

This website was designed in connection with the restoration of Fieseler Storch Werknr. 1816 (LN-WNS). The work took place in a workshop at Fetsund, outside Oslo.
The Storch nestled there, and the place became known as the Storch Nest (Storkeredet in Norwegian). As we continued to restore more airplanes, so the web page evolved.
